I came here made a appointment a week ahead of advance, I sit down 15 minutes pass by and the front desk gentlemen comes and tells my wife and I that their is no attorneys in house NONE of them showed up that day NOT ONE that can give us a consultation, it was ridiculous! It crushed my wife she just wanted answers to some questions we had, consultations were free but I should have known free just means poor or mediocre service. I went ahead and booked a consultation with another firm paid 75 and it did not hurt me one bit I got the answers i needed and a firm that wanted to genuinely help. I can gladly say I dodged a bullet. Zero stars if possible.

I went in on 5/29/2018 with appointment. When I got there the lady in the front asked me" is this your first initial consult. I was like "yes, I made a appointment last week" She said' well we change things and we don't do appointments on Tuesday at the Fort Worth location". She was really nice about it and still got me in with someone. I met Jacob the attorney and he was kinda fishy to me, I did not feel comfortable with him. We sat down and we talked for a couple of minutes. He got a call answer it right in front of me. After that he pretty much just went over the price and I said I will have to go think about it because he was charging me 3000 over 6 months, but that's not the total cost and he did not wanted to go over with all the pricing. I place 500 down because he gave me no choice because he said I had to make another appointment to see him and it's not going to be until a couple weeks. I said ok fine and he brought his assistant to help me out for him just to go to the next room to play on his phone. Like do I really want someone to represent me that answer the phone while talking to me and play games on their phone while im confused and not truely explain ? No. I will be calling tomorrow for my 500 refund. Be careful who you get I just did not get the experience I needed.

Update - someone called me a few days later and apologize for everything. He told me they should not have a problem giving my refund back . It’s been almost 2 weeks since a called from them . The owner commented on my review and he is pretty much calling me a liar ? I’m sorry I interpreted my situation . Can you please call me directly and get this over with . If you have thousands of clients happy , then please give me my refund and both of us can be happy and don’t hear from each other .
