I do not recommend hiring Jim or his office for any legal representation. It has been almost 2 years since I hired Jim to represent me for a case & the last time I was able to get ahold of him is when I hired him and made my first payment towards my representation. I've called his office countless times, being promised a follow up that I've yet to be recieved. His paralegal, Martha, is absolutely disrespectful, and provides no level of customer service. I come to find out from the detective investigating my case that my case was dismissed by the City of Ft. Worth, all the while I've been paying fees and check ins for nearly 18 months. This has been the worst experience in my life, and the representation by this firm has eroded any trust I have in the legal system. Avoid this firm at all costs.
