I contacted Weaver and Associates to help me with a financial situation that needed chapter 13 filing. This process was new to me . I meet with Mr. Weaver once ( at my hearing). The only conversation I had with him was “ sign this affidavit). As I needed questions answered it was only conducted via text never a phone call from his office. I payed them 810.00 up front.

From the beginning my experience was bad. I continued on with them as my representation thinking it was my own misunderstanding of the process. Since filing I have not been able to contact very many people with the questions I had. The paralegal that was supposed to be helping with my case quit answering emails after my case was filed. I've tried several times to call and many times dont get an answer and when I do the person answering doenst provide their name and leaves me on hold for ungodly amounts of time. I was not told full details about reaffirming either my car or home and when i ask I'm told they advise against it but if I choose to do so I have to pay them another 400 bucks!!! I was never told there was an extra fee. My situation I'm sure is not like everyones but I do believe the reasons you hire some one to represent you is because you need help understanding everything. I feel like I was treated more like cattle and hurried along with all their many other cases, acting too bothered to answer questions. Also it's very rude to put someone on mute without them knowing and not come back and check on the line if they are on hold for long amounts of time!!! Basic customer service!!! I wish i could give negative stars because I sure would very bad experience and i would NEVER recommend them to anyone ever!!

Our Father God, sent us to some amazing Angels! Our situation stems from 2013, mid thru our circumstances our Attorney retired due to medical issues. I was at my wits end and didn't no where to turn.
