Beth Felix is the attorney that filed the application for my company. Today, I went on the USPTO website to check the status of my application and everything is on track. Then, I decided to look up and read about this law firm and our attorney a little bit more, and I was WOWed by their team and the work that they are doing. Eldredge Law Firm helped search and file my patent quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who is filing a patent for the first time.

I have called serval times about my patent for the past month. No response. I even had an appointment with Brandon that he missed and still hasn’t called. I paid a total of $5000 over 3 years and I haven’t recived one update from this office. You have to call them, that’s if they answer. Just ridiculous. I’m sick of this back and forth. Next steps I will be reporting this office to the Attorney General as fraud and scammers.

I like the fact they don't constantly solicit u wanted services to het your money which can be annoying, the prices seem fair. I would definitely come to them with all my service needs. My lawyer I'm working with is Beth. She is friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, quick response time and very friendly and may I add patient! So far so good I've had great experience. My only regret is I don't live in the same city to thank them all face to face, but one day I hope to meet the staff they have been wonderful!!!

The Eldredge Law Firm represented my interests and invention proactively and as true advocates. The staff is friendly, supportive, responsive and "all in" for the client. I was granted my patent in a time frame much shorter than is considered typical for the USPTO. Richard Eldredge articulated responses to examiner comments that led to the idea being distinguished from other patents designed to seek the same result in use by pointing to it's many differences in features and functionality. As a result, I received a utility patent and now it's on to turning it over to the company I select to manufacture and market the the tool.

The "flat fee" approach is no reason to think they grind it out for any idea. In my observation (personally and as a business person and attorney) the reason they can be so fair with fees is that it's what the cost of seeking a patent should actually be. They are popular, successful in achieving results, easy to work with, grasp ideas almost intuitively and follow through timely and as advocates.
