I am currently a client with the McDonald law firm. I have called several times about the status of my case, I have left messages and have gotten no calls back in return. This is very frustrating. I have not once been able to talk to my case manager and have been a client since October 2019. This is very unprofessional.
can't ever reach my case manager update my info and they still use a number I can't be reached on. I've got more information on my case from social security then I've gotten from my attorney. Have now been denied after having a hearing in October that is well past the 90 days to get a decision and called myself to the hearing office for that update.

Horrible service, can never get in touch with anyone, never know what's going on with my case, they just assume what's best for me without even calling me to update me each step of the way and check to make sure this or that option is truly what's best in my interest.

I would recommend this law firm to anyone who has a disability claim. Mandy is GREAT!!! She always answers my questions and returns my call or email, she constantly keeps me informed of what is going on with my case. Mandy cares about you and your case. You have to have patience with the court system! Do not get discouraged. I am very happy with Mandy and I am glad she is my case worker!

I had a disability claim with this firm ..they really didn't help me Rosie was nice and patient But Mandy was VERY RUDE she talked 2 me like I was stupid n dumb... So because of her actions i fired the ENTIRE law firm... She made me feel so bad Her tone of her voice towards me made me feel like I was disturbing her or getting on her nerves....
Mandy needs to be fired...her attitude is VERY disrespectful n rude... I wouldn't recommend this law firm to NOBODY for disability They didn't really help me ...
The so call case workers kept passing me to 1 person to the next 1...it was like they didn't wanna handle my case... I barely even called them...

Can’t reach who ever is my case worker. It’s changed multiple times now. Been trying to contact someone one for over a month now. Last time I got to speak with anyone was in January.

I am currently in the waiting room and I’m extremely nervous. I’m waiting to meet with Mr, McDonald, but apparently he’s still in the previous hearing. Erin is my case manager and while most of are communication has been spread out over months for the past two years. I’m not ecstatic about the level of communication, but I would be terrified to go to court alone. I will post an update to this post, just as soon as I am done with the process. Praying that everyone gets the benefits they deserve. I truly wish I didn’t have to go through this struggle and just be back to my “normal self”.

I cannot say enough good things about how David Boohaker handled my homeowners insurance case. He responded promptly when I had a question or concern about the case, and I ultimately ended up with a very positive outcome. I would highly recommend David and this firm for any type of homeonwers insurance situation. Thank you David.

I found this law firm extremely difficult to work with. They changed my case worker after i complained about the lack of service. I notified them several times about my upcoming surgery and my impending homelessness. Nothing ! They didn't care ! Not a kind word of help in any way. I even had to find out from SS that there is a way to get advanced payments when the applicant is in dyer need. You would think the Law firm would know this. I received my notice of approval from Social Security and the Law office didn't know until i emailed them. Since them not a word from the Law office. They are getting pain a large sum of mony for doing what exactly ? Almost $500 for filing a few pieces of paperwork. Social Security told me some i was 58 and had several severe disabilities i wasted money by hiring this firm. If you want to save money file yourself.
