DONT GO WITH HIM... I have been fighting a case for two years trust me if need to do small claims get all your records and go file yourself he is absolutely the WORST!! Will take your money more then you will get. Your chance is better on your own.

Absolutely horrible, One if the worst if not the worst in El Cajon, If you want to slap someone with a frivolous and need a shady attorney Randal leavitt is your man he is the true meaning of a shark as long as you give him the money he will say or do what ever you want, I would have saved my money but he promises a win and then acts surprised when things don't go his way years of experience I'm surprised he's been in the trade this long. he didn't do a thing for me expect take to my money and lie to me, unprofessional untruthful and unethical, I will be contacting the state county bar to report this.

Cost effective

Mr Leavitt has been working with me ever since I was involved in a big accident on the freeway about 5 months ago. I had already been seen by the hospital and my regular doctor after the accident but I was not getting any better. A friend told me about Mr Leavitt and I'm glad he did. I can tell he is really interested in getting me the best possible outcome. He sent me to a doctor where I was able to get the help I needed. He also was able to stop the hospital from coming after me for my care bills from the day of the accident. The other drivers insurance was giving me a hard time and Mr Leavitt has them cooperating the way they are supposed to, since this was not my fault. I've never been involved in a legal scenario before but it is pretty clear to me now that you need someone to look out for you.
