This place is unprofessional!!!! They have harassed me at work even after being told this is a medical office they continue to leave hostile messages on a general voice mail which all my coworker and providers have access to and have heard these unethical messages.(this is ongoing till this day) THEY HAVE MY PERSONAL INFO BUT CHOOSE TO CALL MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT
My story is after a long night of drinking my cousin calls he's in jail says he found a bails bond man and is sending him to my house all he needs is my signature no money, no collateral JUST MY SIGNATURE he has arrange payments with them. HE HAS!! (but they dont call his job or him)
Paimen calls that he outside my house in his car, Im still feeling intoxicated as i get up and walk outside I can bearly keep my eyes open as Im standing there I sign were he says & he's gone in less the 5 min. Im back in bed like it was all a dream. My cousin is release hours later. Seems simple and easy
Now he goes to his courts and bail was exonerated. I think great this is over since ACME gets back every penny they put up for bail WRONG about 2 months later the calls start that I owe all this money for his bail that has been exonerated. HOW?? WHY are they still calling the bail $$ has been returned to their company this has been going on now for almost a year. I DONT/ WONT RECOMMEND THIS BAILS BOND TO ANYONE IF YOU DO DONT PUT YOUR EMPLOYERS #!!!

My experience with ACME has been a pleasant one. Staff here are very efficient and take away the worry of what comes next. Because they are local, they are very accessible and have tools online that can help if you can't make it in. Payman was professional and followed up in the days following our meeting which prevented any miscommunication about anything. Super helpful when you need it most.

After calling several Bail Bond Companies, Acme was the only company that came through for me during this tough time. I informed them that I was low on cash and dealing with someone that was here on an International Visa. They told me no problem and that they could help me out.

They returned my call when they said they would and even helped me out by meeting me somewhere to sign the papers. Acme is a company that you can trust to help you the way you need. By the time I got to the Jail to pick up my girlfriend the bail had already been posted.

I was arrested this past labor day weekend on a Saturday night. I didn't think I had the ways and means to obtain Acme Bail Bonds' service, but I was desperate and made the call anyway as to not spend three more days in jail until my arraignment. I was in a living hell. After speaking to the very accomidating woman who believed in me and my somewhat limited credentials, they were willing to work with me and provide my freedom very quickly given the typical slow process of getting released from jail. From the time I made the initial call to the time I saw daylight was only about 2 hours, which was very fast given the other inmates' visible frustrations from the multiple hour delays were very evident. I am truly thankful to Acme Bail Bonds and my bondsman Payman. He was instrumental in this process and I will be forever grateful. Thank you ACME Bail Bonds!!
