The only reason they don’t take care of 100%
is because the other side of the transaction is already using them!!
Courtney is always on top of things. Every aspect works harmoniously from this office.

Used this firm for closing. Very rude and unprofessional. Took three weeks to get a title opinion that was less than 1 page long. They failed to follow bank instructions on the fees, costing me over $400. They also failed to hold inspector fees out at closing as directed. This also cost me after closing. When questioned. Paralegal apologized and then referred me to lead attorney; her husband!! I paid huge fees, took the losses and all I got in return was rude attitude.
