The process of paperwork got easy when we went to this Law firm

I was referred to Dore Law Firm and I was treated very poorly. When I called to make and appointment the Attorney said to me "she don't have time for that". Then I was ask to bring a copy of my document to the office so I maybe​ further assisted. I never received a call to inform me of the document being reviewed and there legal advice for me. I didn't hear from anyone in two days, finally I called and the Attorney Mrs. Sheryl or Cheryl brushed me off made a quick suggestion in what I can do. Then told me there's nothing more she can do for me and quickly hung up the phone. I am extremely disappointed in the nonchalant service I was provided. If they couldn't assist me or didn't want to it should have been stated beforehand. Then I could have seek legal advice elsewhere instead of waiting to hear from the Attorney. I refuse to refer their services to anyone, if this is what is considered customer service she need to have more training.

Took the easy way out!
they talked me into taking a settlement less than what I could have got and did not advise me of everything I was entitled to

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! JUST TRASHY! WHAT JOKE AS A LAW FIRM! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. ALL I DID WAS ASK IF MY RESPONSE WAS RECEIVED AND THE LEGAL ASSISTANT HUNG UP ON ME AFTER REFUSING TO GIVE ME A YES OR NO ANSWER!

No no no . Don't waste your time. Not on Anthony Dore. Won't return phone calls, he's Not sure of what do with these important cases ,very disrespectful , definitely not a Civil Justice Attorney. So sad.
