Dont depend on them if you need help. They will get to you when they get to you if they get to you at all.

Easy to deal with and super helpful

This guy is an Ambulance chaser, fast money only. A 72 year old injured in an industrial accident will not even make it past the secretary. If you need real help, keep looking.
