Brad did an excellent job for me. I was involved in a car accident; I was at fault because I had run a red light. Truth is that my visor was in the down position and I did not see the light change from green to red. The other older car was totaled (primarily due to its age) when it hit my truck. No airbags were deployed and the other party and I both had Allstate insurance. Consequently, I was surprised when I was being sued by the other party. Brad worked hard to show that what the other party wanted in terms of money for compensation (which was beyond my policy limits) exceeded the real damages to the other party. It took almost 2-years to get this resolved. In the end, Allstate paid more, but I did not. Again, Brad did an excellent job representing me. I highly recommenced using Brad Westmoreland.
