So, I called to ask about possibly using this company for an irrigation servicing for an apartment community, and I was on the phone less than 30 seconds and the secretary stated that you guys do not come out to do bids without being paid because you have to work. Well, let me tell ya, you aren't ever going to get large scale business with apartment communities that run through a large corporation because we require a bid to submit for approval. Without an approved bid and verified insurance, no company is permitted to work on property. Just for your knowledge, we also have 7 sister properties in Tyler that we share vendors with. So, ultimately, you probably lost yourselves more than one job and a couple thousand dollars.
