Heed the warnings and DONT come here. I needed something notarized, Patricia only seems to speak Spanish, so I told her what I needed. Her fees to prepare a letter with three or four statements -$25 plus $8 to notarize.
She also seems to be running a daycare or foster home in the back of her shop.. which you can see from the window where you talk to her. There's cribs and beds .. it's all around weird. I walked out as soon as I could.

Do not use this businesd. 2017 taxes was the 2nd year of preparing my taxes. I made an error on income reporting and the IRS had me review my income. I under reported by >$14,000.00. I had to fax documents to the IRS. I went to Patricias for help. She billed me >$200.00 for 2017 tax preparation. She faxed the documents but no confirmation. IRS never got it. She refused to file an amended return. I had to work with the IRS on my own. I went from Patricias refund of less than $1,000.00 to my working with the IRS resulting in a more than $6,000.00 refund. WTH is she doing????

Wanted to get a legal document signed, owner was sloppy and rude. Document looked unprofessional and when called out, owner over reacted saying "oh my God" .. I won't recommend this place to anyone.
