Burk was handling the adoption of my son until a rogue home health agency called cps on me. Burk said he couldn't handle the cps case as there was a conflict of interest in that matter as my adoption worker was also his girlfriend at the time. So I ended up having to hire another attorney for the cps case. After we won that case in course my new attorney also handle the adoption of my son. After the adoption was finalized burk tried to bill me for the work he supposedly already done. I told him I would talk to my attorney about it and I never heard another word from him. I wouldn't hire this guy to fight a parking ticket.
