A year and a half ago, I was in an accident and I was at a loss on what to do and where to go to proceed. I was encouraged to reach out to Gattis Law Firm through a few friends from Celebration church. Marilyn Tibbit came to my rescue and put me at ease the moment she said, “focus on healing and I’ll take care of the rest”. I knew right then and there I was in good hands.

Marilyn worked with me, kept me accountable, and checked constantly on my health and the procedures of what to do next.

Marilyn just called my company to ask a question about our services. This call was unsolicited. When our receptionist asked for a little information to route her call properly, the call was disconnected. So, our receptionist called her back. Marilyn was very rude and said that she purposefully disconnected the call. She did not even finish asking her question to allow us to properly answer it. Given that our company does not have sales people, it is not as though our receptionist could sell her anything. Marilyn just seems to enjoy wasting other people's time and hanging up on them. Definitely not the face a law firm wants on the other end of the call.
