Worst trash company ever!!
If it was possible to give negative stars this company would get them all.
They have no organization what so ever. Any possible number link to this company would be answer by the same person most of the time. Save your self from a headache and look elsewhere.
We used them for a construction project and they kept trying to schedule unnecessary pickups of the containers. When we finally called the container off they never showed up. I called and according to the agent they had picked the container 2 days prior my called. I laugh and told her that the container was at my property I had to send her pictures after a big argument with these people they finally removed the container.

We arranged for a 10 day Container rental to be delivered on a Monday. On Monday Arwood said the previous customer had the container longer than they anticipated. We were to get it on Thursday. Friday afternoon we finally got the Container. Friday, Saturday Sunday Wasted because we are open Monday through Friday at this facility. We had it for the week and then Monday Morning they are there to pick up the container. My 10 days was deviously cut to 5 days. When we asked for them to work with us. They said Tough Luck, It was our responsibility to reject the Friday delivery. REALLY?????? NOW we are being charged for 2 extra days. 12 days of billing as a thanks for them not fulfilling their promise date of delivery. VERY FRUSTRATING. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CATCH THEM.

Mafia . MAFIA. Watch out you will be so sorry you ever use there service any service.
Be aware fraudulent company.

This company conducted business in a very bad way, they take your money out of your business account, but they haven't pick up the trash at my restaurant, neighbors complaining to the city for bad odors, and I have no space for trash in my restaurant, I have been calling, texting, faxing, and emailing, but still no unswer. They have me lock in a 3 years contract. I am calling business bureau for this situation.

Won't stop sending me unsolicited emails no matter how many times I opt out.

Horrible Company to do business with. I rented 2 port a potties and a sink for 6 weeks at least. Today they picked up units without telling us, 3 weeks into our job. I called them when I found this out. Dispatch said they would return them today and said it was their mistake. I told them to send 3 instead of 2. Then, I get a receipt for bringing only one the next day possible 2 days later. I called back spoke to Cory. No notes on file. He was dumber than a door nail. He Couldn't give me a name for his dispatcher. So, they are charging us full price even though units are not on site.

When you call Arwood Waste, you are calling into a call center who will then call a local company in your area. This leads to 1) delays, 2) overpricing to compensate for the call center reps salaries, and 3) miscommunications because you're literally playing telephone.

Arwood is priced 2.5x as high as local dumpster companies in our area. That's fine. That's poor research on my part.

What's not okay is that we were invoiced for not having the dumpster picked up on time, when in actuality it was. It's easy to get a hold of the rep the first call. Good luck getting transferred the next time to speak with billing.

Buyer beware. Do your research and get someone local.

Talk to a live human they have hidden fees when they are not the ones providing the service! Stay away !!!

Can't get a hold of them when you need to take a unit off rent or get a new one set up but Lord knows they can get a hold of you whenever payment is due. It's a nationwide chain so every time you call you have to explain who you are and what you need all over again. Left a message to take a unit off rent and no one ever called me back. Called again the next week and they had no record of my call or message. Ordered one porta john and it took them a week to get it out there. By the time it made it we didn't need it any more and had moved on. They had subbed it out though to a local vendor who just took it back, but Arwood continued billing for it on my credit card. There's no service manager who knows where the units are who has skin in the game, just call center people who have limited information. At one point I started getting three invoice emails literally ever 15 seconds from Arwood. After more than 30 email I had to block the domain. Just terrible customer service, organization, communication, billing practices. Every call you receive from them is from a different area code and every time you call back it routes through the corporate office or somewhere else and you have to start at the very beginning of who you are and what you need to happen. Very frustrating.

The tag line said "Premier Customer Service" so I assumed that meant good service. I was wrong. I read other reviews that said "Great Prices". Only if you want to pay more than twice as much as the competitor. I don't mind paying extra but only if they treat their customers like they want to have them as customers. Just called to see if they serviced the area I just moved to and all I got was sarcasm. After 2 questions I realized that no matter what the cost I would not want to deal with them.
