We adopted this in our Tampa office, customers have no clue about this stuff. Homeowners really need to be educated. It hard to adopt a new process but it seems fast now.

I wish I would have known about this when I bought my last house!! It is incredible that you can save hundreds of thousands of dollars over your lifetime by doing this homestead check. Homestead Checks should be mandatory for the buyer and seller at every closing! Millions of people have no idea that they are overpaying for their real estate taxes!

I am a financial advisor. This company found property tax savings of over $3,780.00 per year, EVERY YEAR for life, for a client. In Florida you can accumulate portability and transfer them to your next homestead property. The problem is you MUST fix something called low market value or grab portability from your last prior homesteaded property back to 2008 BEFORE you close on your current home. Otherwise you lose these savings forever. Weird. The Realtor didn't think it was her job to explain. Same thing with the Title Agent. So now my client is referring me business - but no referrals for the Realtor or the title agent.

This company is amazing at helping people save money on their property taxes. The Homestead Laws are just too complicated for normal people to understand and the system is rigged against the taxpayers! Anyone who closes on the sale of a home in FL without getting a Homestead Check is taking a huge risk to save $100

Save your money and actually just call the property appraisers office. More than likely they will help you out if there is any inconsistencies, and its free!
