After meeting with Jennifer, my husband and I learned that we were not prepared for a medical emergency or death. We had no plan in place for medical decision making, and no plan in place for our assets upon our death. Jennifer was very thorough in her information gathering and recommended a plan that would protect our assets upon our death as well as provide authority to us (or a secondary person) to make medical decisions on our behalf in the event of a medical incapacitation.
