I enjoyed working with Mr. Spradley and Kate! He was an amazing boss and a great mentor!

Always kind and very knowledgeable

Came in for a interview that he and his secretary had listed on Craigslist. Right away I got a strange feeling because once he open that door and notice that it was an African American his facial expressions told me that he wasn't interested in me due to the color of my skin. He went on to try to discourage me by telling me constantly about the amount of work that is done in the office. Just to note I know the excessive amount of work every law firm has to go through. But I was prepared to do it. But with him constantly repeating it. After the interview I knew I wasn't going to get the job because of how he reacted when he saw me. Please note he told me that it will be weeks before he made a decision and it took him approximately 1 week and a half before his secretary sent a email saying the position was filled. I'm writing this review to let everyone know about my experience and just become aware of the jerks like Mr. Spradely who discriminates you based on the color of your skin. Next time you need to put no African Americans on your ad instead of wasting individuals who is trying to work to take care of their disabled child time.
