DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE ANY ASSOCIATE A A PART OF DAVID TAYLOR LAW! I hired Brittany S. Herndon to represent my mom she did nothing for months but, extend court dates and fall short on her attentiveness to her case. She made sure everytime a payment was due she went to exaggerate lengths to inform us she needed to be paid. In return she showed NO EFFORT and lacked key communications when it came to dealing with this case. In short after four months of dragging out a simple DUI and $3200 in legal fees she advised my mom to plea no contest. Which anyone who has watched Law and Order could’ve came up with that idea. I am so, disappointed because as a young black professional I was hoping for much more commitment to practicing law and fighting for her people. I must say Brittany Herndon is a discredit to every black female attorney in this field actually fighting to be taken serious and to make a difference. Hiring Brittany is the most efficient way to make sure you loved one see’s jail time!

Can't express enough thanks to Robert Pelletier for his outstanding representation!! His experience, work ethic, and enthusement in his field are Paramount!! You can rarely find an attorney that takes the impossible and makes it possible!! Mr. Pelletier knows what to do, who to see, and how to get it done!! Mr. Pelletier also has a heart: as a veteran, Robert has the due diligence and tenacity to represent his client to the fullest extent! There aren't words to truly do Mr. Pelletier justice on the services rendered that he has provided for our family!! Dont hire this law office!! I contacted Kelly Hampton 6 weeks ago. First clue, he said he'd send me his email address but didn't. I had to ask for it again. 5 weeks later I email him again asking for an update and why I haven't heard from him. NOTHING!! Then I texted him asking again for an update. NOTHING!! I should have gone online and read the other reviews first and not wasted my time!! Sorry excuse for a law office!!

This is absolutely the WORST law office EVER.... The first attorney that was appointed to me for my husband was extremely nice, but a few weeks in and he quit the firm so they said I had a new attorney... A woman , she only contacted me for payment never to discuss anything and I certainly couldn't contact her at the office.... Then on the final court date, guess what, she didn't show up... Some other attorney showed up and didn't know not one thing about the case...I can't believe that a law office would run a business like that...it is absolutely ridiculous. I would NEVER recommend this law office

David Taylor owes my company over $5000 for services rendered. Instead of paying, as promised, he advised that we could take him to court and, "Ok, I will just fight the case then and worst case scenario If I loose I will just have a judgement against me that will be very difficult, if not impossible to collect on." He intentionally doesn't pay his bills and when you try to collect, he simply decides to take fight it and then not pay even if the court decides to rule in your favor. What a great lawyer. Unfortunately I learned this is common practice for him (check out his record with the state) after providing him a service.

Worst decision I ever made!! Hired Brittney Sanford-Soles. Very inexperienced and unprofessional. Gave her evidence and documentation to prove that the charges against me were 100% false and that the prosecutions lead and only witness committed perjury . It was a 100% slamdunk!!! Ms. Soles never once verified the evidence I served up on a silver plate for her. I spent $8,000 with her and had the nerve to demand more money when the court reopened my case for re-sentencing on the very case that she over saw. In return had to hire new attorney just to get me back on the court docket. When asked if she was afraid to stand up to the prosecution because it may way on future plea bargains for future clients her response was "YES"!!! My opinion, she should be on the prosecution's payroll!!!

I believe each and every one of the attorneys that work in this firm do a wonderful job. They all work very hard especially when they have multiple cases to handle.

Unprofessional, only interest in your money, do not call you unless you call them and will give no refunds even when they themselves do not show up to court to represent you in a case you spent over $5,500. Run away from this firm as fast as you can do not trust them.

Beware of David Taylor Law group and their false advertising practices. I received an advertisement to my mailing address from The Law office of David Taylor P.A that said We Charge 0 down and $288 per Month to Defend Foreclosure. I had a consultation from Robert Pelletier who went over my case and we agreed to the fee of $288 per Month which was the advertised price. Mr. Pelletier never mentioned any other charges. I received a follow up letter from Robert Pelletier dated June 4th that stated the quote to handle your foreclosure case will be a monthly fee of $288 each month until the case is resolved, again Mr. Pelletier never mentioned any other charges. Teri Lombard, Paralegal sent me a draft Retainer on June 11th This Retainer Agreement listed cost that was not included in the fee photocopying, issuing subpoenas, taking depositions, investigation and psychological evaluation if necessary,. Legal fees do not include appeals, charges of $350 per hour if I call after 5pm. and my agreeing to being charged up to thousands of dollars if I did not respond to email request for documents within 24 hours, this did not include exclusions for such as emergencies. I informed Robert Pelletier; That I would not use or authorize the additional charges. That I agreed not to call after 5 pm that he could drop me if I did not respond for document request within 24 hours. I wanted the Retainer to show that I only agree to the monthly service of $288 and nothing else. We could correct the retainer to show this in writing. Robert Pelletier assured me that I would not need any of these additional services or be charged for them but would still need to sign the document as is. Robert Pelletier refused to work with me because of my request for the Retainer to be written agreed. Everyone knows a written contract overrides a verbal agreement. Clearly False Advertising. Also I felt that Robert Pelletier was Rude and Domineering.

Do not I repeat do not hire this law firm they will rob you blind. I hired David Taylor’s firm to represent my uncle, he put two inexperienced lawyers on my uncles case and all they did was lie to me and my family for almost two years, about things that went on in the court room, and things we asked them to do that could possibly better his case which never happened. They extended court date after court date instead of doing the things that were asked of them that could have possibly resolved this case. They won’t return your calls and they will demand money be paid immediately or they will withdraw from your case, (they sent text messages to my phone stating this) even though it doesn’t state that in the contract that I signed. It says payments will be made three days prior to said court date, but they stated they would file a motion to withdraw from the case if I didn’t pay all three court dates at once(280 per court date X’s 3) I never missed any payments. I have a recording (yes it came to that) of attorney Brittney Herndon stating she would email me information on my uncles case which never happened. I asked her four different times during this recording and she lied to my face. I’m a first responder here in Jacksonville I work hard for my money and hate to see it thrown away by this law firm, don’t hire them please.

Had a case in 2014 he did nothing but extort money from me and my family I was out on bond and he still made me pay him $300 a month as he called it to keep my feet on the ground did nothing for me or my case nor do I believe he even read my case can't see how he is still even in business his attitude towards people is very bad with his uncaring self but quick to take your money.

This has excellent parking ,easy access, easy to find. Clean restaurant in bottom of building.
The service is outstanding. The atmosphere was upbeat and light.

I have had great experience so far with this Law Firm,,,David Taylor's office's have helped me in wide variety of legal issues @ affordable prices.

Only giving one stars because I had too, If I could give zero I would. I hired this attorney and he gladly took my money. However, he never showed up to court or even called me back. His office said he "broke his leg" and refused to refund my money saying they don't give refunds for any reason. He never even once consulted me regarding my case. Will be going to the board to file an official complaint on this one. Because of this I had to plead out on my own without any counsel and this has affected my life severely in several ways. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE!!!

I worked for David Taylor painting his new house. He only pays cash so he doesn't have to pay taxes. And let's you know you're "not needed" after you nearly finish the job(after hiring saying he has 10 years of work ). In my opinion he doesn't care about you ,just wants to make money and save money by lying to people. He has multiple businesses and in my opinion would not trust him with anything especially handling a case that u actually care about. In my opinion he only cares about money and "fu##*&* His girlfriend" in the outside shower. He also owns many rental properties and who knows how he screws them over (maybe he doesnt, but I wouldn't risk it due to my experience) best of luck if you trust this man.

Used Nathan Williams for my divorce counsel, he was pragmatic, realistic, and understanding, as well as very kind and professional. I would recommend him for anyone going through divorce.
