Last March, Mrs. Villegas assisted me after Ms. Andrea Granados was unable to with my vehicle resolution. Unfortunately, my insurance company, Progressive was indignant, unprofessional and biased towards me with the handling of my claim. Ms. Granados was unable to do anything to resolve the matter and verbally sided "and completely understood" Progressive. Though, Progressive is my insurance company, the adjustors that were assigned to my 2006 Honda CR-V (which was totaled as a result of the vehicle accident) acted unprofessionally and broke several Florida laws in the process. I was/am elated that Ms. Granados had the wherewithal to contact Mrs. Villegas who proved to be nothing less than an "Accident Angel". Her compassion, high level of professionalism, excellent listening skills and commensurate knowledge of Florida law, general business practices and expertise enabled me to receive the market value for my vehicle.

In short, Mrs. Villegas was able to do in less than 2 business days with efficiency that I was unable to achieve in three (3) weeks! I am well aware that law firms don't generally handle property damage--Henry Gare, who I am so blessed that I chose Rubenstein Law over him could/would not even involve himself.

Furthermore, Mrs. Villegas willingly set up the appointment, sent a confirmation e-mail and when my husband and I arrived at the local Progressive office, our check was already made out, paperwork completed by a supervisor and we were well on our way in less than twenty minutes!

I wanted to send Mrs. Villegas something, a small token of our appreciation! She graciously declined and reminded me of the client service your law firm strives to provide everyday. After a slow recovery, I recently learned that I incurred brain damage as a result of the accident in addition to PTSD.
