Attorney Elrod is awesome! He stood up for me and argued until the very end. He is not passive. Additionally, he has been my lawyer for over 5 years. I would not go anywhere else. Mr. Elrod understands the dynamics and needs of working families, especially divorced single mothers who are constantly fighting for support from deadbeat dads and ex-husbands!

My daughter lost in divorce case, he did have his back. Mr . Elrod show up to court without his glasses, he couldn’t read nothing the prosecutors were past over.

We hired Robert Elrod Junior because he was recommended from a family friend. Elrod was very passive, had no plan or argument, didn't put up any fight, & is definitely not the "bulldog" you want representing you.. We ended up having to pay the ex's attorney fees and child support was almost doubled! He was content the entire time and had a whatever attitude. The court system is already unfavorable most of the time towards men...We really needed him to fight. Very unfortunate situation.

For your own sake, do not hire this attorney. For nearly 5 weeks I called 3 times a week, and he never called me back. This is AFTER I paid 1500$ to do minor work on my case. (Which he refused to refund any of it after I fired him, because he did NOTHING on my case, and would not return my phone calls). You won't be able to contact him after you pay. Whatever you do, do not use this "Law" office. Much better places for your money around Jacksonville.
