I would give zero stars. Nice lady but she is not ready to practice law. I did the majority of the work and she received the money. Do not waste your time or money. Hire an experience attorney.

Absolute horrible law firm and terrible experience. They have lawyers that are not true lawyers under the bar association. I hired a lawyer by the name of David Bradley in June 2018, he is located on 6105 memorial highway suite A-10 33615; for the intentions of a simple child support modification. I expressed to David many times that’s all I wanted but he kept pushing for me to establish paternity for several months and pushing off the modification but consistently collection my paystubs giving me the impression that we are pursuing the modification after several months I then decided to do my own research and come to find out the American bar association is who approved the child support program for the contractional agreement with the federal government which means conflict of interest. Every child support lawyer does not have the best interest of the parent. I brought this to David attention and he then resigned from my administrative case immediately. I requested a refund of the 2,000 and other fake and fraudulent fees that he acted like he filed. Totaling 3,000 and change! I even reached out to Tyson and Denison Heather and she made me aware that David was contracted and he wasn’t a real Lawyer under the Bar association. This law firm is Fraud and do not do business with them. I’m out 3k and because of David my child support increased from 1,045 a month to 2,500 a month and now 40% of my pay. Whoever is reading this don’t think twice about there service. You will get ripped off. I’m still Pershing to get my refund. Stay goin for there shallow and ignorant response as I have a email chain from heather being very unprofessional! If I could give a negative review I would!!

I knew josh while he was still going to law school and was a server. Told me once he became an attorney he would be able to help me get custody of my daughter back, gave me some legal direction before, etc. I told the grandmother(who moved to another state with temporary guardianship) that I was seeking legal counsel to go to court to get my daughter back. So she contacted them and because I hadn’t given him money, instead of contacting me to see if I needed to pursue legal means, he offered their services to the grandmother to keep custody of my daughter. Talk about shady ethics. Greed and lack of morals. Not someone I want representing me. If he will do this to a coworker and someone who was a “friend” at one time then imagine what he will do to a stranger.
