Very rude people and poor customer service..not helpful at all

Very rude people

I wish I would have checked on here before choosing them. Really awful service. They charge $100 for a wire transfer and more for money gram. That's AFTER all the other fees and before you get the loan. I got a loan for $1000 and only actually recieved $900. The director of finances, Malory Byrd, was extremely rude to me and rose her voice at me. She has a habbit of cutting people off and not letting them finish the question. She has a know-it-all attitude. She needs more training or to be fired. Please be aware and use a different company. You will have a much better experience.

Excellent courteous help. I was funded in less then 24 hours. Due to a violent assault I was lost my job and my health. This was the most reasonable price and saved me until the trial is over. Thank you so very much!
