I had to edit my review as it began as a really smooth and easy process and really turned into a nightmare. Services rendered in my opinion were not completed and I was left hanging. Sad thing I am out $8K with no results. Honestly if its anything but a BK filing steer clear.

Mr. Williams is knowledgeable, honest and compassionate. His receptionist, Amy, is always polite, patient and helpful. Best experience I have ever had dealing with an attorney.

It was a pleasure working with Brian and Linda. I had a very intricate case with a lot of twists and turns and I feel like they navigated them with ease. Brian really, really knows the law and helped me get everything I desired out of my case. Linda is hysterical and made every meeting a fun environment. Whatever problem you may have I highly recommend you give Brian a chance to solve it for you. I promise you will not be disappointed.

The experience was very disappointing. I had to reschedule an appt due to my grandfather being placed in hospice I was told that I had an “excuse” for having to come in at a later date. The paralegal who works for the firm leaves very “rude” voice mail messages.

This guy Brian is amazing attorney and he has a wonderful wife to make sure that she keeps everything in line with going to court always on time handled the situation took me through bankruptcy twice and a very good divorce attorney five stars is not enough to write him I would give them a 10 Over 10 years ago he put me in a chapter 13 and then we switched it to a Chapter 7 very good at all the detail and very fair price

Actually would give no stars at all. I had a phone appt to talk to him about changing child visitation. I had to pay $100. I can get this info for free else where but decided to go ahead and pay the 100 since i felt i would continue on with his service. I was on the phone for only 10 min before i found out i was robbed of wasting money on this. He wanted to charge me $5000 to modify child visitation. WOW that is ridiculous! Dont waste ur money on this thief. Plus the other reviews says u have to chase ur own stuff and get charged for it and i believe them! I will start with calling to make an appt with attourney general to change child visitation. Dont be a victim of this guy.

Services tend to be higher than the average person in my opinion. The staff is great and friendly and professional. I think if you are looking for a great location for these types of services I would definitely consider this office.

Although there were many times where I was indecisive and uncertain about the path I was to choose, the Law Office of Brain Williams and staff maintained a constant and neutral standing and we're supportive throughout.

Very frustrating experience, lack of professionalism with no follow up what so ever. We would chase all of the paperwork and dates down and then would get charged to just inquire on the status of what we were chasing.

I loved the previous comment on "Going to Denny's and paying the bill while making the food yourself" . That is an accurate comparison. Trust me, this is not the Lawyer you are looking for. At the end we paid over 120% more than what was quoted and stated as " An open and shut case with no gotchas"

Run away!!!!

I was always told to never trust a lawyer, and this one prooved that right. He started with a price, and then realized it was going to be more work, so we lost the case because of his laziness. He wouldn't even go down to tge courthouse to get the paperwork, I had to go get it myself. His office is runned by family, and that should have been my first sign that this lawyer was worthless. You can't get him on the phone, and his rude wife "his assistant" will willing be rude and short with you to tell you he is unavailable. If you want to win, don't go to this lawyer. You pay for what you get.

I inquired about pricing for a will through the website and asked to be contacted via email. I was called instead. Then the lady was pushy about scheduling an appointment when I was just asking about their fee schedule and what it takes to get a will in place. The last straw was when I told the lady I would call back after I spoke with my husband and I was told, and I quote, "drive safely since you don't have a will!"
What on earth????!! You DON'T say that to someone. How incredibly rude and awful. I would have considered this firm but after that you have got to be kidding me. Whoever this lady is, she should NOT BE handling clients.

Mr. Brian Williams has always been very helpful when I have had questions. He is always able to guide me into the right direction. I highly recommend Mr. Williams for all your family law and tax needs. He does more of course but is great a what he does and has been helping me for years!

Its even worse than the other reviews are posting about this firm. My experience was awful. I went in to see Mr. Williams by paying a $100 for 30min which is normal for any firm. He went through the normal, listen to what I needed, handed me the paperwork I needed to fill out, and here is what it will cost. 1st issue being he did not elaborate or explain the reasoning behind the paperwork or why I would need it. Next when I was getting the paperwork given filled out I found out that I didn't need to go through him to get the paperwork he had given me and found ways to get it for free by doing it myself. When I went back to his office to complete my remaining needs I realized then that I messed up by not believing the other reviews here and thinking it was just people complaining. I didn't want a certain name on a document and he then became shifty about removing the name. It was already discussed and agreed in the family. Then I wanted to remove an entire statement from a document and he did not want to go back into his office to do it. It was like every time I mentioned that what was written needed to be rewritten he would say it is fine it doesn't mean anything. It's legal paperwork everything means something!!! Last was probably the worse. His office lost important original documents I gave the front desk that needed to be stated in the legal paperwork. Here's were it gets good, when I said that there was documents missing I turned in he said you need to looked through where you keep your documents and that he never saw it. I get he may of never saw it but that doesn't change the fact I turned it in and his office lost it. Also remember when I said that there was some paperwork that I found out I could do my self. I told his office I did it and to leave it out of the final cost. He charged me for all of it. All the paperwork I did and got legally don't my self he charged me for it. That's like going out to eat at a Denny's and being charged to make your own food. Do not go here!!!!!

I have been going to Attorney Williams for four years. He has always been very honest and helpful. I highly recommend him.

The staff was wonderful! I was greeted right away when I entered the office. I called several attorneys before choosing Mr. Williams, and everyone was charging an outrageous price for a consultation. I am very happy I went with him.
