In the beginning I told me that after 4 month of start the process and then after get 6 months you will have ready your work permit and I have more than a year and a half half and nothing. Now the secretary tell me that the immigration law has changed and will see if they can get the work permit. Someone else with similar case like mine start the process with another lawyer in April and by November got his permit.i asked for a copy of my documents to the secretary on October, and still I waiting for.
