As someone who knew nothing about what to do once I learned my ex-husband had filed for divorce, I was given Emily's name. Emily was my voice of reason during my divorce proceedings. I would never have been able to hold it together without Emily being my guide through the difficult process. When I made the initial call to her in doing my research for who I would want to represent me, she had me with her expressions of sympathy toward me and the emotional toll this sort of thing can play on a person. I'm from out of town and needed someone who could take care of things when I couldn't be there - I relied on and trusted Emily implicitly to take care of those things for me. Not being tech savvy Emily had to come up with inventive ways to get me things I needed when I needed them. Heaven forbid that I ever need the services of a divorce lawyer again, but if I do I would certainly consider using Emily again.

Emily Ross represented me regarding a child custody modification. I had my own ideas going in on what it should look like. She asked very specific questions and had me consider options and consequences I hadn't thought of. She also walked me through what the process would look like and my course of action if my proposed modification was contested. In the end, my modification was approved and not contested by my ex-wife. I believe this was attributed directly to the way she crafted the modification and counsel she gave me regarding my communication with my ex-wife. Ms Ross was very professional and I felt completely comfortable with her representing me. She's definitely worth consulting with regarding any legal family matter. I appreciate the work that she did and would not hesitate to use her again in the future.

Emily represented my case with compassion and care. She took the time listen to me and provide professional advise for my particular case. She paid special attention to my personal situation easing tension in an already difficult time. Emily always responded promptly and never left loose ends, she is a great legal representative as long as we do our part! I highly recommend her legal advice.

I cannot and would not recommend Emily. During an already difficult and painful time we felt completely underrepresented and felt she disregarded our true position in the case. We will not be using her in the future for anything further.
