Well after dealing with Morgan and Morgan online from 2016 and I got turned down at my disability hearing here in Louisiana, I was told to find someone in my area of Louisiana to help me with my SSDI case. I was born in and lived in Louisiana my whole life. So needless to say I decided because of all the commercials with Gary Sells being a disability advocate and that's all he does that he could help me. So I recently called him and spoke to him directly which I thought was a plus but didn't really get anywhere with him. I explained to him that I was in touch with Morgan and Morgan in 2016 and because I was turned down at my hearing this past 2017 that I was told I needed to find someone local and I turned to him. So I explained my whole case to him on the phone and he said to fax him the papers from the Ssdi appeals case and so I got that all together and did just that at office depot. I spent about $40 to fax him these papers since he did not want me to come in person. Hearing nothing back after a few weeks I decided to call him and I got him directly on the phone again. So I asked him about the papers and if he reviewed them and his response was "Well they turned you down so there is nothing I can do to help you!" I said well you haven't let me know anything by calling me or sending me anything in the mail and he replied that I should be getting something in the mail. Well I never did get anything in the mail still weeks later so I was devastated and thought who can help me now he is in my area. I got turned down yet I still had the spend the $40 to fax him the papers when he wasn't gonna care about
it anyway. It was my money not his money & my time. So I am just trying to figure out why he had me fax the papers to give me the response of they turned me down he can't help me well he shouldn't have had me send the papers if he wasn't gonna help me to begin with!! A complete waste of time and now I have a real attorney in Louisiana working on my case so Morgan and Morgan Michael T Reese Tampa, Fl, Gary Sells advocate in Louisiana and other quacks can go waste someone else's time because my voice is heard here. "One voice is but a whisper but a 1000 voices are a roar!" So my advice is find a "real"attorney in your area not online, not an advocate, and be smart right from the start which I am doing now!

Going to Gary Sells was the best thing I did when I was denied SSDI benefits. I am a combat veteran with 100% disability with the VA. Initially, I was reluctant about contacting an attorney regarding my case but ended up calling Mr. Sells and speaking with him. I was not guaranteed anything, but Mr. Sells scheduled an appointment to meet with me. He listened to the details that surrounded my case and disease and remained very straightforward and honest about the challenges that lied ahead with the case going before a judge! If I could rate 0 stars ..I would. He mailed letter to my bf said he was no longer representing him. We moved to Virginia. The judge in Virginia gave him his disability and his all his back pay.. which by the way Mr. Sells claimed was no longer awarded. He then attempted to charge for services not provided and guess what? The judge denied Mr. Sells claim for any of his money. The judge said only one attorney would receive payment and that would be the attorney that actually helped him.

I had a bad experience with him his association and his people I couldn’t even get a callback from the man or his representative I filled out tons of paperwork and His staff sent a letter to me saying they would represent me. So I’ll spend my money on a real SSI attorney. I received my disability and my back payments.
