Mr. Criaco may not come off as a 'warm and fuzzy' attorney but I wouldn't want anyone else in my corner! He's experienced and has been an excellent advocate. The ladies who run the office are so friendly too!! A pleasure to work with.

Attorney Adam Criaco is a fraud. He's rude, arrogant and treats clients like dirt. He doesn't care about your case. His legal skills and court manners are that of a high school drop out. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Also, he’s been found guilty of legal malpractice by the State Bar of Texas. Consumers beware and steer away from this law firm.

PS: I love how the owner response to all the ONE STAR reviews: "we are unable to locate you in our database" Really?! All these unsatisfied clients can't be located in your database! Well, that goes to show that you're just as bad at lying.

The attorney and all his employees, or the women I have spoke with are all RUDE and constantly call for paperwork to be signed. If you leave a message and email me, I will get back to you but dont call me everyday while i am at work/college and then be rude when I tell you I can not talk.

Ciro was very helpful and commutative. From the beginning he told us what to expect and best/worst case scenarios. He got us the best case scenario! He truly cared.

On days where you receive news of someone close to you grievously harmed, you want to do something to help. And I'm just a normal guy and felt I couldn't do anything. What's worse is my friend is dealing with authorities, medical bills, family concerns, work management and you have to add legal assistance on top of all that?

Already victimized, I worried a shady ambulance chaser would prey upon my friend's situation for personal gain. The associates at Criaco took care of him and his interests. He was more than just a docket number with a bill at the end. Their performance allowed him to focus on the mountain of other responsibilities he had on his plate due to this accident, while ensuring he was up to date on his case and his legal options throughout this horrible incident.

I've never felt compelled to leave reviews, but the kindness showed to my friend was enough for him to tell others about it. And that degree of customer care should, at the very least, receive a small amount of recognition.

Worst service ever.

My file was sent to Adam Criaco after my original attorney died approximately 2 years ago. I asked for a copy of my file when it was transferred over and was shocked because my prior attorney had not done any work on my file for the time that he was handling it. The ball finally got rolling when Mr. Criaco started working on my case. Although it seemed that Mr. Criaco could be abrasive at times, I appreciated his straight talk. I also realized that if I was going to get any money, Mr. Criaco and I had to work together because if I didn’t get money, Mr. Criaco was not getting any either. My case finally settled and, in addition to my medical bills being paid, the money in my pocket was way more than I ever expected. God bless you Mr. Criaco.
