Her colleague Jose then worked further on my case and called to check back if I have all my doc. Ready to send. He called us few time as a friendly reminder to bring documents due to time was running out. I am glad I hired them and able to get my approval notice and GReenCard.
I would recommend them and go back in future when i need service.

They seemed to be very helpful and professional at first. Their team was helping my dad become a U.S. citizen yet they did not do their homework. Besides the super high prices, they did not investigate or research my dads documents very well. They did not prepare my dad for his interview with immigration and the lawyer was not even prepared but confused. All they wanted was MONEY! Stay away from these people because they are honestly not willing to help but instead screw people. Sad but true.

Ms. Sharma is nothing but a professional scam artist who wants to charge ridiculous prices for literally doing nothing for you. She will make up stuff to charge you for. Had a case with her and after picking up on her scheme demanded a refund which we only got back after threatening her to report her to the board STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR SELF TIME AND MONEY

My experience with the law office of Sharma and Associates has just been exceptional! The staff is so helpful and friendly and always willing to help. There has been times where the office was actually closed, yet Mrs. SHARMA still tried to go above and beyond to help me. I remember one time she was in the middle of dinner, and I had an emergency where I needed to get my documents in order and she basically left dinner to help me over the phone. Within 24 hours everything was taken care of and she even called the next day to follow up with me. For one, Lawyers are so busy, but that seriously made an impression on me. I would definitely recommend this law office, especially since their clients' needs are always priority. Anjali Sharma is also pretty amazing, as she is always available and goes above and beyond to find out answers that I'm in need of. Her charismatic personality is definitely a plus and she is always ready to assist me. I usually get off work really late and cannot always make it on time for my appointments with them, yet they always figure out a way to accommodate me! Hands down, they are just amazing! They definitely work with their clients!

Worst experience ever with the laywer "Bashist M. Sharma".

I had an appointment yesterday Friday June 21st at 10:30am with Sharma and confirmed my appointment that same morning just to make sure. I was there right at 10:30am with my wife and child and to our surprise, the laywer is not there! Brenda (the front desk lady) told us nicely that she'll call the laywer and tell her that we're here so that she can leave her home right away and come to the office. Wait WHAT?! so the lawyer knows we're coming, but still chose to stay home and wait for her assistant to call her and tell her we're here and THEN leave home!!

So we waited around 15mins and Brenda and Ashley (the other lady) where very nice and offered us water and coffee. Then, Ashley told us that the lawyer will not be able to come because she was caught up in something. I told her I need to get on a conference call with her and this is not acceptable since we had an appointment. She called Sharma and Sharma agreed to do a conference call. During the call, it was obvious that she didn't care about my case and she just wanted to end the conversation. Truly enough, nearly 10mins through the call, Sharma stops me, and tells me that she needs to go to take care of personal business!

Long story short, we paid for the consultation session, and left the office with many un-answered questions, which Ashly nicely wrote down.

Next day i call the office and Sharma picks up the phone and she said "we are closed today, but how can i help you?" and then when i started asking questions, she just hung up in my face! I thought the phone call was dropped, so i called again, and again, and again,.... 22 times and she never picked up after that. To make matters even worse, her mail box is always full!

Conclusion:

Front desk ladies (Brenda & Ashley) were super nice, but the main office Lawyer Ms Sharma was rude, not caring, and totally UNPROFESSIONAL.
