This is by far the most unprofessional law office I have ever seen!! Whoever the receptionist that takes the calls needs to be fired! I called to get a consultation and she spoke to me like I was a person in the welfare line trying to get free service!! Girl, you are going to lose a lot of business for that law firm. The lawyers may be very great at their job but I will never know because after speaking with you I had to decline the service. Within 30 seconds after she got back on the phone from having me on hold so long, she had the nerves to get nasty with me. Yes I write reviews and I have also contacted Law Pointe to let them know the situation so they will be careful not to refer this office. I am a college graduate with 2 degrees honey. I pay for legal services, it's not given. FIRE THE RECEPTIONIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Feel free to email me. Whoever the receptionist is for 1/23/2019 at around 10a-10:30a.
