Syria Sinoski worked with Brandon Plagens, Romi Schwartz, Robert Markle and other lawyers to defraud me of everything I owned in the Montgomery County 418th District Court. Markle was MY ATTORNEY. It was a hell on earth. They planned it and almost got away with it. I figured it out and fired him and that was even hard to do as he disappeared off the face of the earth intentionally. This was total abuse of power and process in Montgomery County, TX. My ex, Brandon Plagens was fired from the Harris County District Attorney's Office for criminal and unethical conduct including assaulting me (arrested for it) and took a plea deal in the assault case. They employed tactics which are used in criminal courts and should NOT be in family courts. I would give all of them a negative number if it were possible. Ms. Sinoski was owed $90,000 in attorney's fees from my ex, Brandon Plagens, and only ever collected $1,100 so it was NASTY in how they came after me for it. They took over my house in contempt of court trying to steal everything I have ever owned in my life. She knew about it because she swore my ex and I into different versions of a settlement so that they could steal from me in broad daylight. She knew he was there against court orders and did nothing. She is required to report it to the court. They used court employees to block me from getting a hearing for SIX MONTHS. Brandon Plagens is an abuser of women and an abuser of power and they systematically cut off my ability to access help through law enforcement or the courts. She didn't file court documents intentionally that were extensively referenced on the record which is against the law. It was to cover up the fraud. I caught it though and have reported it. I WON representing myself. Saying Syria Sinoski is unethical, doesn't cover it. That would be a compliment in my opinion. She lost EVERYTHING for my ex-husband and took a lot from me. She is not someone to EVER hire for any sort of legal representation. Romi Schwartz was removed from the case because I found out she was having sex with my ex-husband which is unethical. Syria Sinoski is friends with her and took it on a contingency basis which is not ethical for a divorce case in Texas. DO NOT HIRE HER.

Ms.Sinoski is the best attorney by far. She has helped my children and myself through one of the most horrible things in our life (divorce and custody).
She is honest, strate forward, and is compassionate. I consider her and her staff like family now. I would trust them with my life and I have.
