I was moved to Colleen for the Modification of a Parent Child Relationship petition I'd initially filed pro se last year. I had another attorney after I stopped the Pro Se route and he had to go back to corporate work. He left me in good hands though. Colleen clearly has been doing these family court cases a long time and seemingly effortlessly came up with a solution to first and foremost protect my children as well as maintain a relationship with their dad, while putting it in his hands to prove he is the father he thinks he is. The worst lawyer I've had to 3rd party deal with...really??? You call yourself a lawyer? You can't even get your job down in a timely and professional manner. On top of that not be educated on your own clients who were doing things under your nose and posting your private life matters online. As an individual my safety would be threatened if a client posted my person life on social media then attaching your name to it....I understand your client was a free client but that was a big mistake. She comes from family made of large money. She tricked you into free services even if they were terrible. The one thing I can't stand though is if someone's law firm keeps trying to get in touch with you to get a decree so they can give it to the military and you keep holding it off deliberately, your literally coming between someone's will to move on with their life. How hard is it to do your job? Didn't you say in 29 years you've been dealt with something something something? How about this. I've never in my entire life seen a lawyer so unprofessional. So much for being a law firm based on Christian values. God's word is a sword and he will bring judgment. I will make sure to tell everyone about your poor work.

This is in response to the two negative posts by Leyla and her daughter who forgot to mention in their posts that I got Leyla a judgment for over $10,000 on March 24, 2015 and Leyla only paid $800 in attorney's fees for multiple trips to court , paperwork, office visits etc. They also forgot to mention that they refused to pay the balance of what was owed for the attorney's fees and then would not pay for any further work they wanted me to do. The records with Harris County District Court are open records and say something different than Lelya and her daughter posted. All work that was partially paid for was completed.

Great Lawyer

After my first Attorney Banieh made so many mistakes in the court order and I still didn't get any payments "spousal support and left over child support" and lost everything included my car everything, need to get another Attorney. So she call me back... yes she wants to help.
I trust her for short time.
First court appointment the other side... my Ex didn't come. So Judge give us another app. the next 6 weeks. So we are back in the court again, he came very late and Judge was saying to late... give us another appointment. It's a shame, everything was working this way and included Ms. Colleen and Judge all the court was supporting him.
Third appointment... still owning lot of money... no one was talking to him clearly, he knew it, but ignoring it. So everything was settle down again, he needs to starts with his payments. He didn't, I need to call him, she try to call him, few $$ and not again, going on and on. I was living for short time by some friend in that time and can't afford not my own place, had no money, no health insurance nothing at all. In the meantime he was receiving all his benefits and living in a huge house, driving Mustang and had enough income. My daughter was sick, very sick, had not even money for food, and need to call the neighbor Midnight and she can take us twice to the Emergency Room. Colleen saying not much at the court house, not even have questions to the Judge, why we need to come back three times to the court.
After all that was over, I didn't hear from her anything until today, she don't even know how we are doing. Not good at all and still struggling, divorce was 2014 so look like problems never ending and I'm really tired dealing still with all that. Still missing money what he own us... All the years I had a feeling like everyone was on is side and no one was powerful enough and telling him in few words "do it now"... I can write a book one day about all that and how bad is the system works here.
