After listening to my husband's possible medical malpractice case, he denied my husband due to having too many cases. The very next day he posted an article online containing all of the details from my husband's story (without my husband's permission) as a marketing tool to get more clients who experienced issues similar to his. When discovered, I contacted Robert and asked for a call back. He removed my husband's information from the article but never called to inform me or apologize. I called again, but it has been a week and he has been too chicken to return my phone calls. I am sickened by the lack of ethics. I tried to reach out to him personally as to avoid leaving a public review, but after his lack of follow through and unethical behavior I feel like I only need to inform others. Beware when telling him details about your case he just might share then without your consent.

I do have a copy of the article that I saved before you changed it as proof. I am not upset by your law firm not taking on the case. I am aware of the difficulty to prove malpractice. My husband, of 2 years, was transported from work to a local hospital for chest pains and dizziness. His heart checked out fine but his blood count was low. The on call Gastroenterologist, wasn't available so the ER physician admitted him for a bleeding ulcer, where he received 4 units of blood through the night. The next morning, he was assisted to the bathroom but left unattended. He collapsed due from bleeding out. CPR was conducted for approximately 16 minutes. He was revived and sent to SICU, where he coded again for 3 minutes. One week later, my husband died of brain damage at the age of 41 years old, leaving behind a 38 year old wife and 10 year old daughter. We were in the process of an adoption three months prior to his death. I decided to go through this process alone and my precious daughter was born exactly 2 years from the day that he and I first contacted the adoption agency.

Mr. Painter is extremely friendly and made time to listen to my story, although it was rather difficult for me to talk about. He was informative and realistic about my case, but more importantly, he was very honest. It breaks my heart that my husband will only see his daughters from Heaven but it puts my mind at rest knowing that justice was somewhat served.....and this could possibly save someone else's life from ending.
