This so-called lawyer made one offer about our case and after we rescinded we haven't heard from him in over a year. Have already contacted the Florida Bar and they are investigating this sham of a law firm.

Haven't heard from them in 8 months, despite numerous emails, Facebook messages and phone calls. No answer. This is actually against the Bar's moral code of conduct /communication as a lawyer. Will be contacting the Bar to report and find a new lawyer. Told numerous times in communication that if they didn't respond we will be forced to contact the Bar, still no answer. Plenty of warning time to make things right.

Horrible customer service. I wouldn't even call him a lawyer.
