Dr. Campbell has been a good doctor to me for 30 years

The staff is always friendly and very accommodating and willing to help. The physicians are very caring and genuinely concerned about their patients well being. Highly recommend Dr. Townsend and his staff.

Absolutely the BEST family/general practitioner. Doc warm, brilliant and he LISTENS and treats the patient not just the signs and symptoms. I drive 2 hours to see him for my checkups. That’s how much I trust and like him.

Best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, really cares about patients and knows his stuff.

My wife and I have been patients here for several years and we love the staff! They are always polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and concerned. We love these folks and trust them explicitly.

I arrived at this particular facility at 1000 with the hopes that they would be able to get me in a little earlier than my scheduled 1030 appt. I only made the 48 minute commute because this was the only facility the military would send me to for my PHA. After sitting in the waiting room for 41 minutes, not once did anyone provide an update as to how much longer I would have to wait. I politely ask the front desk reception how much longer (it is now 1045), and she states, "It shouldn't be much longer. The time is now 1050 and still no update. I totally get that it is my fault for arriving 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appt time, but a little update here and there would have been greatly appreciated. Because of the military, I have adopted the philosophy of "hurry up and wait", but this is complete ludicrous. Here it is 1055 (and entire 25 minutes after my scheduled appt), and I'm just getting called back. Keep in mind, I watched 3 other individuals who arrived after me go before me. LHI truly needs to do better with whom they conduct government contracts with; especially if they are requiring service members to commute from Duval to Flager County to have a mini assessments completed.

Never on time. Archaic redundancy in paperwork. But they do have a predominately friendly staff.

First, That one person who gave Doctor Townsend a one star is a total loser. At least have the courage to put your name on the review.
I have been going to see Doctor Townsend now for more than 10 years. The doctor and his staff are first class. They are never in a rush with you. I sat and talked with the Dr. for over 20 mins once going over my test results. Doctor Townsend is truly the first Doctor I completely Trust. He will remain my primary doctor until he retires or I die.

Caring doctor, friendly staff. Been a patient for many years.

I find Dr. Townsend to be extremely thorough and compassionate doctor and have been going to him for almost five years as my primary care physician. He takes the time upfront to listen and get the details and always treats me with the utmost professionalism and respect. His staff is always pleasant and I find the nurses to be very helpful if I have a question or concern in between visits. It can be difficult to get an emergency appointment but they will work you in if they can. I highly recommend him and concur that he has excellent staff who go above and beyond to be helpful.
