Worst lawyer in Texas, hired him to fight a case that was tampering with Fab evidence for eating pot that the officer had no evidence, and didn't show up to court I went to jail he went to my next court said sign this and you'll be out in 2 weeks I didn't and fired him after paying already $3,000 cash and a court appointed lawyer got me deferred judication and I was free to go in 4 days, this lawyer is trash, if you want to win your case go somewhere else his the worst, he missed my court date.

Can't even show up for case that he has been dragging on for 5 months. Don't see any of the "aggressiveness" nor "passion" he speaks of in his website.

Worst Lawyer in the State of Texas!!! He never shows up for my case and when he does show up, its hours and hours late. Dragged my case out for over a year..... lied to me on numerous occasions. Lied to me about documents that he wanted me to sign..... also lied and told me that the judge denied my right to have a trial by jury!! Do not waste your time and money! This guy ruined my life!

When all hope was lost.. another dumbass lawyer was promising that 5 yrs tdc was the Best they could do after 2 yrs of fighting fired him and hired Mr.valles services, got me 2 yrs deferred no prison time in less than a year..BEST LAWYER FOR DRUG CASES EVER!!!
