When i got sick using s jewell i couldnt get anyone to listne to me i felt substandard like my life wasnt worth what everyone elses was wirth in peoples eyes and whats sick is when you know something put you in the hospitol and you still want to use it .they gave me hope for a future i am the guy that gets hit on my motorcycle by a hit and run driver get get toldto basically climb a rope and flip burgers by social security so i had basically been told my life was not worth that of a childs in about 100 different ways.so i believe with all my heart that they care genuinly.How are they gauageing that by years of life because you dont know if you will live tbe next ten minutes so how can you guage a worth of life this kid might go out and get hit by a bus. And this 67 year old man might live 20 more years and have many more memories and acvomplishments. They gave me hope do you understand

Wouldn't go here again, the end result was acceptable but the trip to get there was a living nightmare! This firm shifted my case to another "partner" firm. Poor follow up, lots of foot dragging. I'm convinced the ONLY reason there was resolution was my threats to move the case elsewhere . (FYI they were real) Look elsewhere

- Signed online contract with your office in regards to the 3M earplug claim, roughly 40 days ago. Your office was recommended by a co-worker, a fellow disabled veteran.
- Roughly 7 calls have been made to your office within the last month seeking process clarity. I've never worked with a law office before. No clarity provided, as I was sent to voicemail each time. I left a msg with my contact information every time.
- very early in the process, I was able to speak to your staff member, Robert, who passed along that your office was completely overwhelmed with the 3M claims. He advised I go online and sign the contract on your website. He promised to call me back - never did.
- Every interaction with your office gives me the impression of folks who are either overworked, overwhelmed, or do not care.
- I'd like to reach out to other offices for help at this point but I'm unsure how that works since I already signed a contract with your office...
Lastly, I very rarely leave positive or negative reviews. Only when I feel service overwhelmingly exceeds my expectations or the opposite do I donate precious time to inform others. I will not be calling your office to speak with anyone. The folks I've already interacted with have solidified my opinion of D&D.

I heard about them on the radio, they said they would come to me and since I was in the hospital that was important. I had been hurt in a wreck and they took care of me. My bills got paid, I got money for all the time I missed at work, and enough to put away for my son's future. I hope I never need them again, but they were there when I did and we're really, really good.
