He thinks it's perfectly acceptable to curse someone out and hang up on them, just because I asked on behalf of my still-grieving husband what month some estate paperwork was filed. Not only that, but he waited over 4 MONTHS to file it.

If you're in Galena Park, TX and ever have to deal with him, beware.
