Lance is a liar and a thief. He is very non responsive to calls and text. The only time he was available is during the initial interaction, once he receives your money he goes MIA. He likes to play on the weak and poor especially his own people. I would not recommend him to defend a dog. He has no true intentions of assisting you and only sees dollar signs. He plays on your emotions like he is doing you a favor. He needs to be reported to the BAR. What he is doing is illegal and should be STOPPED!
