Cancelled my services within 24 hours and they are giving me the run around about refunding my money. This company is the worst when it comes to 100% money back guarantee. They are a bunch of crooks!!!!

They are scammers, never give them your money. Not even a cent.

just found out that I am being denied housing because they don't cover Experian and Transunion...2 of the largest reporting agencies in the United States. They didn't even indicate that they didn't, so there is no way to know until it's too late. I am appalled that they would allow their so-called "clients" walk into such a trap blind because they want an extra $250 an hour to "make sure". Me and my kids are going to be without a place to live thanks to the trust I placed into this organization. Thanks, a lot Record Gone and Higbee & Associates for such "stellar" representation.

Let me begin with saying this in one of the best firms ever. The team went to bat for me in two years of ups and downs with my court. Now, if you thinking like me, two years is a long time to get a record removed , closed or whatever. None of the court resets were on their part. My county and jurisdiction of where my case was being handled were just plain butt wipes. However, I weathered the storm with Higbee & Associates having my back. The communication with the firm at times was a little relaxed in providing feedback on my case, but over the course of time it got better. I went through three judges, and the firm never swayed from what I was seeking to do. It finally happened, and now I feel a great burden has been lifted from me. Higbee & Associates are the finest in this industry of criminal record removal , expungement, and any other criminal disclosures of an individual's past that we don't want the world to know. Higbee and his team maintained professionalism throughout the process, and I will recommend them to any individual that has a criminal background history, and are considering for their record to be gone.......Higbee & Associates are they way to go!!!!!!!!

I am current of this firm. I found this firm from online search. I've paid the fees on my case, and there are still things to do. But I have difficulties reaching my lawyer team. They rarely respond promptly, when they do they rarely answer your questions (they would answer your questions with a bunch of jargon that you don't understand).
I left voice msg after failing to reach their number in business hours, but still no recall received from them for that.
Would not recommend.
