Over 3 years ago I paid him money to deal with my custody case, not only I provided all the documents and called and done most of the work, but he never did anything, never got my money back also been calling him for 3 years to get all my original papers that he has and won't return my calls or give me my paper work guess the only thing to do is report him to the BBB.

Well, I don't know much about this lawyer but all I do know is considering he laughed in a police officers face after he ruined his life after assuring security just to earn a buck...! I grant this attorney my full 5 stars ! He is giving back to the people out there who deserve and giving back to the trash out there what they deserve... truly an inspiration to us all !

Richard c.Hobson, This is for any person who desires to employ a competent,professional,trustworthy,and credible person to defend them.The one person you do not need is DAVID RUSHING,whatever you do ,do not pay this man a dime,do not believe his claim of defense for you at trial,he will attempt to get all your funds quickly,then basically forget you and your case.I made the mistake of paying him 1500.00 dollars,on his word that he would investigate,collect,prepare,and defend my case at trial,This person used me for nine months,late every month to my reset hearings,which he caused,so bad I had to call him numerous times to see if he was even going to show up.He never made one single effort to collect facts,statements,evidence,or anything pertaining to my case,lied about it the entire time,took my cash,spent a total of about one full hour on my case over the nine months,then sold my case to the state and prosecution.He intentionally told me to just sign the plea agreement not to worry about it,and ruined my life,bankrupted me,and walked away laughing.He will refuse your calls,ignore you,pretend you dont exist,once you pay him in full.I was never arrested in my life of 53 years,never in any trouble of any kind period,a retired veteran,an ex-police officer,his lies,fraud,and deception,have ruined my life,marked me for life,taken all my savings,and bankrupted me totally.Whatever you do,do not trust this alleged attorney,he is no defense attorney of any kind,he will lie to you,steal your money,and could care less what happens to you as you get abused by the criminal justice system,he is a true CRIMINAL IN EVERY ASPECT OF THE DEFINITION! He should be charged with official misconduct,abuse of office,misrepresentation,and disbarred.I currently pursue complaints with the BBB,State Bar,and will continue to expose him at every level,in any venue,in every way,DO NOT BUT YOUR CASE IN HIS HANDS IF YOU ARE NOT GUILTY,DO NOT,DO NOT TRUST HIM WITH ANY DOCUMENTS,DO NOT TRUST HIM WITH YOUR MONEY,YOU WILL BE SOLD OUT AND DECEIVED.
