i spent 30 mintues on the phone with the lawyers there to talk about a case my family may have. even though they didn't take it, they were nice enough to let me know what my options were--other just filing a lawsuit--that I didn't know about like filing a complaint with the board of nursing. i will definitely take their advice and file a complaint...plus it was free and they seemed interested in actually helping me by giving me all my options. so i will pass their free advice for everyone too...
