I want to share my awesome experience with A. Banerjee during my EB1A petition, which got approved very recently. First, I sent my detailed CV requesting her to evaluate if I was qualified to apply under EB1A. Her response was in the affirmative, but throughout the process of my application, she did not boast or did not make any false promises about the outcome. Instead, she explained me with details and reasoning why & how the EB1A evaluation is subjective and what are the best possible tricks to file a strong petition. FYI, I applied for EB1A as a postdoctoral research scientists in the field of computational biology. She asked me to write drafts of expert opinion letters and then send those to her for corrections or comments. This was the most fruitful route, both for her and me, as I am the best person to judge my own research and she knows the best about the immigration laws. Finally, she made it clear that the cover letter, if written in a crisp and clear way, could be the most potent document to convince and impress the examiner within 15-20 minutes. I went through multiple iterations until she gave the cover letter her green signal. Her critical evaluation of all the documents and her priceless comments really helped strengthening my case. My EB1A petition got approved within 3 days of the receipt date, which was really surprising both to her and me. But, I want to give most of the credit to her for making this petition process a really smooth one that ultimately bore fruit.
