LO SIENT PERO NO SE PUEDE HACER NADA EN TU CASO,
Asta que en el ano 2016 alguien me refirio a la Officina del Abogado Armand,y ese dia logre escuchar algo diferente a lo que todos los demas Abogados me avian dicho.
El me dijo YO SI TE PUEDO AYUDAR y pude notor de que mas aya de un caso de trabajo, el,Abogado Armand avia tomado mi caso como si fuese de un familiar de el,porque se conecto con mi caso de una manera impresionante , y tambien me asobro la Pasion con que el lleva los casos; y tambien pasion por ayudarme a mi y a mi familia.

I went in for a first time consultation & was sort of disappointed when I was told I had to pay $50 (since the website particularly under the VAWA section states the consultation is free). I paid cause I would've hated to miss out on who could potentially be my counsel.
The first thing he told me is "I am straight forward and I am not trying to take your money." This made me feel good, as he was instantly informative when I asked questions.
When I left however, I felt as if he didn't ask much about my history to properly evaluate my case. I don't believe he inquired about the actual timeline of my case until right at the end when I was heading out; not to mention the meeting didn't even last 30 minutes. I was told to bring pertinent documents to my appointment - so I did, but noticed he didn't pay attention to the proof I had to show, and just sort of glanced at the evidence I brought.
I understand that in his opinion I may not have had a strong case, but I much would've rather him tell me that directly. Instead, he sort of just nodded through my story, and answered a couple of questions. Not worth the money I work for.
They worked in my case.
I'm Thankful for their knowledge of the law and successfully won my case.

Doctor Armando is a well-studied person with PhD degrees and he has studied a lot. That's why I call him "Doctor" because he deserves it, he has put his heart into his studies and of course when he defends the people who immigrate to The United States of America. My greatest respect for Dr. Armando Jawanmardi. HE IS AN ANGEL !!!!! I recommend it blindly! I found it on Google, I had FAITH and I have not been disappointed. HE IS THE BEST !!!!! ***********Quiero dar gracias a Dios por haber encontrado al Doctor Armando. El Dr. Armando tiene ética profesional, honrado, muy educado, honesto, respetuoso, una persona muy inteligente etc. Llevó el caso de mi hermana, nos dió los consejos necesarios, colectó todos los documentos necesarios en el momento exacto, me contestaba de inmediato a los mensajes y llamadas telefónicas, durante el proceso no tuvo ni un pequeño error. Todo fué mas que eficiente, respondía como un rayo, todo lo explica paso a paso y claramente. Hoy estuvo presente, frente al Juez, defendiendo a mi hermana, a quien ya tendré en mi casa en la próxima semana.

He sido residente permanente legal de los Estados Unidos por más de 30 años. Siempre he querido ser un ciudadano de Estados Unidos, pero mi caso se complicó por una variedad de razones.
