If I could give less than one star I definitely would. At the beginning of my case I was accused of having drugged my child and of doing drugs and my son was left in the care of his father who has a record of possession of cocaine, meth, marijuana and manufacturing and distribution of Xanax. I was placed on supervised visitations for 3 months and my son was drug tested and came up positive in the fathers and grandmothers care.
Daryl knowingly left my child in his custody after my sons dad had tested positive for marijuana and cocaine and after 3 months of having my son my son tested positive for marijuana.
IT GETS BETTER THOUGH! After all of that, he chooses to agree to allowing supervised visitation by a family member after I’ve had my son for 5 months and the CASA worker he was assigned to said in court that the father hasn’t reached out to her whatsoever nor has he paid any child support.
I am beside myself with how this “amicus” attorney operates when he’s supposed to be looking out for the best interest of my child and has continually just put him in harms way. Do not hire this man.
