Never answers calls. Waited 10 minutes in the waiting area just to speak to a receptionist who seemed lost on what I needed after previous lawyer gave my release papers to her a day before. Do not recommend this law firm at all! They will solicite you with a call after your accident and when you find out you were solicited and try to drop one of the attorneys they will try to charge you an interest rate if you dont know that soliciting is illegal.

I want to that the office and staff of Clyde J Moore for being so helpful with my accident. It took a long time to settle my case. I thank God for providing this office for my needs.

Service received was by far the worse - no communication or follow up. I wasn’t told that they were no longer representing me until I went to the office frustrated looking for answers. I’ve used this attorney in the past with no problems; now the office seems to have no structure in my opinion. Truly disappointed!

I hope no one experiences an accident but if you do, definitely stay away from this attorney. I had my accident last year in September and my car was totaled, I had to send my documents twice. When you want to get a feedback on your case they tell you that they will call you back, they either do or don't depend on their mood I guess. When you call them they never answer the phone in a nice way and they make you feel like you shouldn't call them at all. Learn how to serve your customers first !I'm a very patient person but after a year and few months, all they could get me is a bumper damage money which is about $3000 from a totaled car. If you value your time stay away from this Law firm. I personally would do my best to keep my friends aware of this terrible experience

This law firm is very bad. I had a case with them in 2013. Their price is 1/3 of whatever you receive. I was told the max I could get was $50,000. That gives them close to $17,000 off the top. Then I had to pay medical bills which I was told would be around $15,000. When the case was finally settled I ended up with $7,000. The places I was recommended to go worked with the lawyer and they didn't charge him the full price, yet he took the money from me like he was. It wasn't until I requested itemized statements did I find this out. Now I'm having the major hospitals requesting money from me as well as sending it to the credit bureau. They were only paid half. I also found out after the settlement was complete (through documents) that they requested the $50,000 from the insurance company. They had they want them to settle for the $50,000 because I could go to court and get more because I had severe damages and my medical bills totaled more. I don't even want to give them one star because they don't deserve that!

Me and My Fiance just settled a case today, Very horrible law firm, I would not recommend anyone to them, They lies, Never could get in contact with them!!!! They don't even follow up on the case, You have to call them Smh... Wasn't happy with the outcome, P.S. If you have to get a rental car from them, I recommend you don't!!!!! They tell u one thing, When it all over, Itz a different story... God don't like ugly!!! But it is what it is, Do Not Recommend this Law Firm!!!!

Rude ass people from the front desk to the assistants! Giving you attitude when asking question about your case. Making you feel like your an idiot. Always giving you the run around. Never seen or spoke to the lawyer only his assistants. Only time these people are nice is only to get your case and to get their money. These people seem to care only about themselves and not their clients. I do not recommend them at all!

It's hard to get in touch with someone to speak to about your case. I have left messages and it's been weeks and no one has returned my call. Continue to call and am transferred and asked to leave message which I continue to do and am waiting to receive a phone call from them. Very disappointed
