Wasn’t able to get past the consultation, gave photos and accounts of incidents that happened and awaited a phone call. I waited for hours and finally decided to call back where I was told they were not going to take my case.

I had photos of my incidents as early as 02/2019 but when I mentioned I had photos going back to 2015 the case manager told me that there wouldn’t be a case because the statue of limitations in Texas is two years from the incident. They also assumed I worked at a fire department although I never once said I did.

I am thankful for Brian White and his team, Kimberly and Laura. I fell down wobbly stairs and broke both ankles but had no insurance to pay to have a surgery to set the bones and the emergency room wpuld not do it. Brian paid for my surgery and after physical therapy I am still having a little bit of pain but have made a good recovery. If the surgery had not been done the bones would have fused incorrectly.

Brian fought hard to get the most amount of money on my case. We repeatedly rejected their low offers and even rejected the top offer at mediation because we thought it was worth more. Brian got ready for trial, then they finally paid, and actually paid more than me and my family expected. Then, they also got the medical bills cut to put more money in my pocket. More like “Brian White and incompetence”! Never have i ever been witness to such levels of incompetence in my professional life, if my employees displayed this level of ignorance I wouldn’t be in business. It’s like these people just hate their jobs, they almost never returned calls and never did I get an email back. They speak to you in the most condescending tone when you ask them questions they can’t exactly answer with confidence, you can almost hear their eyes rolling over the phone. I’m under the impression that Mr. whites staff is either poorly trained or completely un experienced or simply underpaid. Every time I called I felt like my call was never welcome. The only reason I settled was because I just never wanted to see or speak to these people ever again, which is a terrible reason. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Every part of this experience was pure frustration and agony, I was very patient and dropped my expectations very low and still they delivered less than that, I had one of the attorneys “Natalia” snap at me just because I expressed my disappointment with her offer to compensate me for the incompetence of her former employee, she just snapped and practically yelled at me It was very unprofessional and left me to question her skills as an attorney. I shouldn’t be able to make her crack that easily. Words alone cannot even begin to express how deeply I regretted hiring this attorney after the first few weeks. I had 4 paragraphs written describing in detail every single problem I experience but it’s just too much for this review maybe once I condense it into a final draft I may update.
