I strongly do not recommend Zhang & Associates, PC.
I was one of the clients of Zhang & Associates, PC, from 2015. If I knew about the firm's policy, I would have not ever trust the firm in the beginning. I would like to inform other people to know what happened to me before making their naive decision to trust this firm.
I applied for I-140 and I-485 with the assistance of Mr. Lawrence Victor Bush (one of the partners of the said firm). My I-140 was temporarily approved in 2016 and was asked to pay the second payment by the firm. Then, after 2 years, I got a revocation letter for my approval NIW and my case got denied after all.
Since my NIW is denied now, I strongly believe that I should not have paid the Second payment at that time! and It was an unjustified payment as the approval wasn't final, according to my contract "Once the immigration petition (I-140) is approved directly by the USCIS, Client must immediately pay the flat approval fee of non-refundable Two Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) to Attorney." Therefore, I really believe I should get the amount of second payment fully back. But, the firm said my NIW case was approved by the USCIS. It was the USCIS that changed its position and revoked my NIW approval. Therefore, they don’t pay back my second payment.
However, when I am looking back to my case, I can see how the firm has worked unprofessionally for my case because of the following reasons: 1) I got REF because the firm' lawyer had forgotten to require and submit my original document. They also charged me $500 for REF and it costs me a few months delay in processing my cases. 2) The firm charged me for responding to NOIR for $3600, while I know from my friends that other firms haven't charged them for responding to NOIR. 3) The firm charged me for TEMPORARY APPROVAL (not final approval) as described above. 4) In opposite of my contract, the firm didn't pay back my money after getting denial letter for my I-140. The lawyer said it is not really a policy of the firm to withhold such funds in the event of revocation as such revocations have not really occurred until the past year. This is another proof that the firm is unprofessional, untrustful, unreliable, and unsupportive.

Don't deal with this firm. I was impressed with the way they held my hand and helped me get my case approved 15 years ago. I made a mistake by giving them the job of applying H1B for my employee. I had practically everything. The staff is very rude. Jerry Zhang is not even in USA. We had to call several times to get the job done. He should be paying money to us. They just send you a DIY template and we have to work on it. They don't offer any help. They are in the business of just charging money. Don't waste your time by dealing with them. I am a successful businessman take my advise. I've seen how success has hit this company. They don't care for customers any more like they used to. They offer "0" support and no customer service plus they are all very rude. The attorney I was dealing with yelled at me several times. Their team is in China, they just outsource everything.
Huge rip off, paid $3000 to file 290B, motion was denied and no legal remedies offered. Lawyer also acted really entitled as if the client was being an inconvenient.

Zhang & Associates successfully handled my EB-1A immigration petition for a success-related flat rate fee (total 5000$, excl. USCIS fees, mid-2016). They are a professional law firm which assigned a fully qualified and experienced immigration lawyer to my case. Throughout the process, I always knew what to do and felt at ease without worrying that something would be forgotten or messed up. Questions were answered promptly and comprehensively. Since I was so pleased with the provided service, I have retained them to handle my Consular Processing (1800$). I can wholeheartedly recommend Zhang & Associates as immigration lawyers.

I'm sure that Mr. Zhang and his team are very professional , but what the receptionist that took my call right now did was not very profesional . I called in regards an immigration case and she seemed very much upset , for some reason with me even after I tried answering her questions to my best ability. All I was trying to do was get information in regards attorney fees and she just hung up on me because apparently my answer to her question wasn't right . So rude

My I-140 under EB1EA category has been approved. That was within 6 days of USCIS receiving my application. It would have not been possible without your help. Thank you for being patient with me throughout the process and answering each and every questions of mine. I personally think that the petition letter which was drafted by you and your help to prepare recommendation letters were a big difference. You helped me eliminated many of the unnecessary paper work that I thought we could have included. You just kept it very simple and did not make it complicated for IO. I appreciate it. Great work. Great part about it that I did not have to meet you personally at all. Everything was done over the email.
Thank you Attorney Jerry for your support and prompt replies to my emails in 1-2 hrs. That was a great help.
