I obtained the services of this law firm back in end of 2011 saw the don't call !1-800-Bad drug ad. On tv after two weeks home from transvaginal mesh surgery after a hysterectomy because I literally heard the mesh break. 7 and 1/2 years later I'm having to hope a new attorney will help me. I have severely suffered. I've had to live off others generosity or nothing. They never called me I would call them and speak with the secretary whom always told me the same thing. Never once did I speak with Mr. Gallagher. They did not help me and only treated my case like I was a number.

My mesh case was transferred to this firm a few years ago. I have not had a good experience they do not communicate with me there client, they do not return phone calls or mail any new updates in my case so I feel left in the dark. I called today after leaving messsages for over 6 weeks and demanded to speak to some one the receptionist stated that checks were going to be mailed out the end of August ????????? What kind of answer is that no one has called to discuss an amount with me I have another surgery scheduled for tomorrow does that not effect my case? She then transferred me to the rudest woman I have ever spoken to I stated that I was the client I would have appropriated a call back after leaving messages for 6 weeks I then said I didn't want them representing me she said fine she would transfer my case. I just hung up the phone very disappointed and disgusted.
